The best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, and convenient location near the subway and close to restaurants. The room was clean and well-equipped with amenities like a microwave and washing machine. The hotel's proximity to the subway station made it easy for us to explore the city and visit different areas. the breakfast at the Italian restaurant connected to the hotel was delicious. The staff were also very helpful and friendly.
There was nothing we didn't like.

We had a wonderful stay at Tokyu Stay. The hotel is great location in the vibrant Shimbashi district, making it a great base for exploring Tokyo. The room was clean and well-equipped, with amenities like a microwave and washer/dryer. The bed and pillows were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel even had a beautiful view of Toranomon Hills and the Tokyo Tower. The staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. we highly recommend Tokyu Stay for a pleasant and convenient stay in Tokyo.

Convenient location near train station, easy check-in process, complimentary coffee in lobby, helpful staff. Room had washer/dryer combo and refrigerator, comfortable bed and pillow. Breakfast at nearby restaurant was tasty with Japanese and Western options. Spacious for Japanese standards, TV and spray for clothes. Friendly hotel staff with basic English. Many restaurants nearby and a convenience store along the way. Lively neighborhood with small shops and restaurants.

This hotel has great attention to detail in every aspect. the location is perfect, situated between two main train lines and within walking distance of major attractions like Shiodome and the Ginza district. Additionally, the staff here are exceptional. They went above and beyond by contacting my next hotel to ensure my luggage was sent to the right place. The rooms are equipped with convenient amenities such as a washing machine and dryer, and there's even a kitchenette for added convenience. Lastly, breakfast was included in the rate and offered a variety of tasty options.
